A coaching experience crafted uniquely for you and your team.

Team coaching happens in real-time, in the context of your real work. This exceptional style of coaching provides all team members with opportunities to enhance their awareness, learn new strategies, and make adjustments to team dynamics in-the-moment, during the course of normal business, with a supportive coach at their side.

Read on to learn more about how I will guide you and your team in achieving your goals.

For the Leader

Books, articles, and professional development classes are a starting point. Our work together will turn ideas into practice.

We’ll examine your current work setting and determine how to best integrate new behaviors into your professional life. You’ll get better results, feel less stress, and enhance your leadership capacity.

  • Gather data on how you are perceived as a colleague, boss and direct report. Understand the context, objectives, constraints, and opportunities of your role.

  • Explore how you currently think about personal productivity, delegation, meeting design, conflict resolution and other management fundamentals.

  • Collaborate to create a plan for implementing new leadership behaviors.

  • Challenge, shadow, prod and coach to ensure commitment to the plan.

For the Team

I don’t make assumptions about how your team operates and I don't use one-size-fits-all team building exercises.

  • Advisory sessions with team leader to assess team effectiveness, determine individual team member’s development needs, devise goals and strategize.

  • Apply relevant insights from organizational psychology.

  • One-on-one coaching with each team member.

  • Real-time coaching during team meetings to support the team—and individual team members—in observing behavior and making in-the-moment adjustments to follow the development plan.

  • Support as needed for: creating team rules of engagement, conducting retrospectives/“lessons learned” sessions, and working through emergent team dynamics such as lack of trust, not being candid/direct, poor meeting hygiene, suboptimal decision making practices, etc.

  • Post-engagement check-ins at 3 and 6 months.

I observe and study your team dynamics, gather data and develop the complete picture of how each individual contributes to the whole. Only then do I craft a coaching experience that is uniquely suited for your team.

Executive Presence

The opportunity to become deeply self-aware is a true gift. In our work together, we'll use that knowledge as the platform for elevating your leadership capacity so that you become an enterprise resource. After we co-create a path to get there, I will hold your feet to the fire. You'll adopt new behaviors that improve your ability to engage, influence and collaborate with others. You’ll be more confident and you’ll begin to respond to challenging or uncertain situations with ease as you operate from within a new framework. Your managers, staff and peers will immediately recognize the difference.

  • Gather data and examine personal and professional stories to uncover areas that will enhance your executive presence.

  • Reflect on findings. Share any external resources that apply. Discuss tools and methods that might serve.

  • Co-create a specific action strategy to enhance your executive presence.

  • Work the plan.
